We check your pool equipment.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We analyze your pool water and apply the proper minerals and chemicals to keep your water in excellent condition.

We vacuum your pool.

We brush your pool (tiles, steps, walls).

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.

We verify your automatic pool cleaner function.

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We net your pool.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

Your Duties

Keep the pool equipment active and operating and approve repairs when needed.

Maintain proper water level.

Report to us any sightings of swimming pool issues.

Things to Know

Monthly service fee is based on a 4 week month.

There might be additional startup charges for the first cleaning & treatment.

Filter cleanings every 3-4/months.

Full Pool Maintenance Equipment and Chemicals

Note: It is OK to switch plan types (Full -> Partial & Partial -> Full). Simply contact us to schedule the change.

We offer twice a month pool maintenance in Arlington from late Fall to Spring each year.

Filter cleanings are compulsory for most pools in Texas. This is because 98% of home swimming pools are either cartridge, DE, or a combination of both. Filter cleanings cost $139 for customers on our weekly service plans.
